安格氏二級1類異常咬合合并深咬的矯正治療—病歷報告
Orthodontic Treatment in A Case of Angle Class Ⅱ,Division Ⅰ,Subdivision Malocclusion Combined with Deep Bite
摘要
安格氏二級異常咬合是一種常見的咬合不正。安格氏二級咬合，一級分類，合併次分類咬合不正的定義是一邊咬合為一級臼齒關係而另一邊則為二級臼齒關係且上顎門牙前突，這種病例常伴隨上下顎門牙不一致的狀況(上標 1)。本文報告一安格氏二級咬合，一級分類，右邊次分類咬合不正合併上顎門牙極端前突及深咬之案例。治療過程含拔除四顆第一小臼齒，使用固定式矯正裝置，合併跨？弧線及頸拉型頭套面弓，最後再以MEAW作最後之咬合嵌合，術後獲得良好之顏面外觀及咬合的改善。

Angle Class Ⅱ is a common severe type of malocclusion. Class Ⅱ,divisionⅠ,subdivision malocclusion was defined as a malocclusion with one side in a class Ⅰ molar relationship and the other side in a class Ⅱ molar relationship. This case is often accompanied with midline discrepancy at one side. In this article, we report a classⅡ,division Ⅰ,subdivision right malocclusion combined with maxillary incisor severe protrusion and deep bite case treated by extracting four premolars, using fixed appliance combined with trans palatal arch, cervical-pull headgear and face bow, final MEAW technique to complete the occlusal detailing. After treatment, the patient gets great improvements in the facial esthetics and occlusal harmony.
