摘要

單顆牙完全錯咬是一種常見之局部異常咬合，常導致病患咀嚼功能不良，食物常塞在牙縫，進而造成蛀牙及牙周病等問題，並影響假牙之製作；本病例為一21歲女性，其左側第一大臼齒缺失，但因第二小臼齒完全錯咬，而無法進行進一步的贋復治療；此報告利用咬合板及掛在咬合板之顎間橡皮筋迅速改正錯咬情形，治療時間4個月，且治療後不影響病患原本之臉型及咬合。

Complete cross-bite is one of the most common malocclusion. It always causes food impaction, caries and periodontitis. It also interferes with the fabrication of prosthesis.
This case report presents the result of local treatment with bite plate and inter arch elastics in a 21 years old female. She lost her lower, left first molar. But it is impossible to get her lower, left bridge because of her complete cross-bite of left second premolars. After treatment for 4 months, the complete cross-bite was corrected.
