摘要

矯正醫師以往面對先天缺牙的病患，往往束手無策，只能配合將來假牙的治療計畫，儘量就牙齒現有的空間重新分配，以完成較理想之假牙製作。但是隨著發育中的小臼齒自體移植的發展成熟，對於先天缺牙的病患合併有其他骨性或排列不整的問題，若能利用為了矯正需求必須要拔除的牙齒植入缺牙區，則可減少病患日後假牙製作等的麻煩問題，特別對於發育期的病患，是最有經濟效益的。

The aim of this article is to provide two case reports about autotransplantation, combined with orthodontic treatment , and to summarize the surgical principle ,indications for better survival and success rate.
In the past, missing teeth in children are a particular challenge . The only thing orthodontic doctors could do , is to redistribute the space ,according to final prosthesis plan. In recent years, auto-transplantation of developing premolars received increasing attention. The dentists should have the knowledge to recommend and carry out this procedure to the appropriate patient to benefit from nature teeth preserving rather than a mechanical prosthesis.
