摘要

數位模型有不會磨耗、易保存、方便檔案傳輸和可以後續影像處理等優點，將數位模型合併電腦斷層掃描之顏面頭顱影像，可得到完整的齒列與顏面立體結構，利用軟體進行模擬正顎手術矯正治療，有助於了解手術前牙齒去代償、手術中骨骼移動和手術後齒列與外觀的變化，而利用電腦輸出正顎手術定位板，可節省許多技工室步驟。本篇文獻回顧整理數位模型合併電腦斷層影像，如何應用於正顎手術矯正治療。

The digital dental models are not subject to physical damage, and require negligible storage space. They can be transferred electronically to specialists easily and can be carried out with virtual setups. A precision 3-dimensional head model can be fabricated by integrating a digital dental model into a maxillofacial 3-D CT image. Using this 3-D image, it is possible to perform dental decompensation, reposition of osteotomized bony structures, and simulate the postoperative results on hard and soft tissue in 3-D on our computer screen. Besides, it also spares the laboratory time with CAD/CAM surgical splint manufactured.
