全面性教育在臺灣的實施展望:課程綱要探討、教科書檢視與教師經驗之詮釋

摘要


本文探討全面性教育的課程與教學在臺灣中學教育現場開展之可能性。筆者透過檢視中學教育階段健康與體育領域課程綱要和教科書的性教育內容,並輔以教師訪談資料之分析,希望能掌握全面性教育在臺灣實施可能會遇到的困難並尋思解決之道。整體而言,本土之健體領域課程綱要和教科書仍有許多不足,故須先加以調整修改,另外教育現場健康教育相關課程被邊緣化與一些家長對性教育之拒斥干擾等外力因素也形成阻礙。本研究建議課綱應盡快調整以便教科書能隨之修改成以符應全面性教育之精神,教師性教育研習則應朝跨領域的方向規劃與實施。

This research discusses the prospects of implementing comprehensive sexuality education in Taiwan. The sexuality education content of curriculum guidelines and textbooks was analyzed in conjunction with teacher interview data to examine possibilities and challenges related to implementing comprehensive sexuality education in secondary schools. On the basis of this analysis, the researchers identified problems that must be overcome if comprehensive sexuality education is to be successfully implemented locally and developed relevant suggestions. Curriculum guidelines and textbooks should be modified to enhance their comprehensiveness, and teachers' on-the-job training in sexuality education should be more interdisciplinary and integrated.
