摘要


本文針對匯流排事故後之電力系統穩態電壓安全住進行評估;一般偶發事故分析主要考慮單一跳線/跳機事故後電力系統是否能夠維持安全運轉,透過分析國際上電力系統崩潰案例,本文提出如匯流排事故等地理位置相近的電力設備多重偶發事故應優先列入偶發事故選單以評估其可能風險:本文將每一匯流排事故視為多重跳線/跳機/卸載的合成事故,並以完整電力潮流分析程式模擬事故後系統狀態,常用來快速估算事故後系統狀態的牛頓及快速解耦負載潮流分析的一次疊代近似法在估算匯流排事故後系統狀態的準確性一併列入考慮;模擬結果顯示匯流排事故經常造成其他匯流排電壓違限、甚至使系統不穩定,而快速估算事故後系統狀態的近似求解技巧在處理匯流排事故時有一定程度的誤差。

Static voltage security assessments under bus outages are discussed in this paper. Instead of considering single-contingency only, multi-apparatus outages contingencies within a nearby area are mentioned in particular. Examining the historical power systems blackout reports we find that simultaneous power apparatus outages within a nearby area might cause serious effects. The bus outage contingencies are chosen for assessing static power system security under multi-apparatus outages contingencies within a nearby area. The full load flow methods are used to evaluate the post-contingent status of the power system. To examine the effectiveness of the approximation methods which are often used in contingency selection, first iteration of fast decoupled and Newton-Raphson load flow methods are also used to evaluate the post-contingent status. Simulation results show that bus outages usually cause voltage violations, some of the bus outages even cause serious voltage problems. The bus outage contingencies should be carefully considered for power system security analysis.
