醫院新醫療項目的開發策略-以幽門螺旋桿菌碳十三尿素呼氣試驗為例

摘要


因應健保制度的變遷及總額預算的實施,新醫療項目的開發在醫院的經營上扮演著重要的角色;而碳十三尿素呼氣試驗是一種用來檢測幽門螺旋桿菌的無侵襲性方法。本篇以碳十三呼氣試驗的開發為例,並提供以病患為中心的服務體驗為主要的品質要求,探討新醫療項目開發的策略及效益,包括:病患的開發方法、開發計劃的制定、以顧客為導向的流程設計等,藉由新項目的開發可以增加醫院的競爭優勢及維繫與病患之間的關係。在此開發的過程中也發現檢測結果的陽性率偏高,由此更期望藉由本案能將院內的開發擴展到院際的合作開發,以嘉惠更多病患。

Due to the change in health care system and the implementation of global budget, the application of new medical items plays an important role in hospital management. C^13-urea breath test is a reliable and non-invasive method to detect Helicobacter pylori. Developing C^13-urea breath test as a model, we discussed the strategies and efficacy of new medical items including patient resource, development planning, patient-orientation process design, and high service quality. The goal is to strengthen hospital competitive advantage and to keep a good patient-hospital relationship. Our result showed a higher positive rate and we therefore recommend that the new medical item can be developed from nosocomial 10 cross-hospital coordination for the benefit of more patients.
