摘要

都卜勒波形分析(Doppler waveform analysis)、彩色都卜勒影像(color Doppler imaging)、與功率型都卜勒影像(power Doppler imaging)在過去30年來有如排山倒海地湧現，讓超音波影像學成為現代化醫學影像學中，不可或缺的一環。對於臨床醫學診斷，它們舉足輕重。
本文乃自實時間超音波影像醫學的發展史、都卜勒超音波學的原理、彩色都卜勒影像學的實用基礎理論、以及它們在腹部疾病診斷應用，做一概要而充份的解說，希冀對有志於加入此項領域的醫界同仁，帶來實際的效益。

Recently, the continuous technical improvements in Doppler waveform analysis, color Doppler imaging and power Doppler imaging have made Doppler ultrasonography playing a very important role in the diagnosis of various diseases, as one of the major modern imaging modalities.
In this report, we intend to review the history of development, the clinically basic principle, and the clinical application of Doppler waveform analysis, color Doppler ultrasound and power Doppler ultrasound, especially focusing on the diagnosis of abdominal diseases.
