摘要

胃幽門橫膈可由先天性或後天性原因造成，在臨床上並不多見。胄幽門橫膈主要離由黏膜層及黏膜下層所組成，發生於胃之幽門部。我們報告－41歲男性，有消化性潰瘍之病史，以反覆性上腹痛表現，上消化道攝影及胃鏡檢查發現除國十二指腸潰瘍及球部變形外，在胃幽門遠端有一簿膜，胃幽門切片只有發炎性變化，並無幽門桿菌之感染。病人經兩個月氫離子幫浦阻斷劑之治療，症狀均已改善。

Antral diaphragm of the stomach, either congenital or acquired in origin, is a relatively uncommon condition composed of mucosa and submucosa occurring in the gastric antrum. We describe a 41 year-old male with a history of peptic ulcer disease presenting with intermittent epigastric pain of 2 months' duration. Both upper gastrointestinal series and gastroduodenoscopy revealed a thin membrane with a wide eccentric opening in the gastric antrum and a deformed bulb of the duodenum with ulceration. Biopsy specimens taken from the gastric antrum showed inflammatory changes without evidence of Helicobacter pylori infection. The patient was treated with a proton pump inhibitor for 2 months. The patient remains asymptomatic.
