天麻鉤藤飲加減治療暈眩病例報告

摘要

暈眩是臨床上常見疾病，此個案為暈眩合併視覺異常現象，西醫治療成效不彰，經中醫辨症論治診斷為肝腎陰虧陽亢、痰瘀互結證型，以天麻鉤藤飲加祛瘀與化痰藥物獲得良好療效。

Dizziness and vertigo is a common disease nowadays. This patient presented with dizziness and vertigo accompanied by visual distortion, with no improvement after Western medical therapy. She was diagnosed with ＂Liver-kidney yin vacuity and yan hyperactivity, with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis＂ according to the TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) theory of syndrome differentiation. Tianma Gouteng Decoction plus herbs which expel blood stasis and dissipate phlegm showed better efficacy.
