摘要

This is the first case presented with aortic dissection (AD) 2 days post MVC COVID-19 Vaccine, presented with dyspnea and shock on arrival to emergency room (ER). Chest film revealed calcium sign, and computed tomography (CT) showed type A AD with suspect hemopericardium. Older age, being male, and hypertension are risk factors of AD. It is difficult to diagnose and deadly if not early diagnosed with prompt treatment.

這是第一個在高端新冠疫苗施打兩天後，發現主動脈剝離的病例報告。病人以喘、休克來到急診，胸部X光有鈣化徵候，胸部電腦斷層顯示type A主動脈剝離與心包膜積血。主動脈剝離的風險因子有：年紀大、男性與高血壓。主動脈剝離須盡早診斷與治療才能減少死亡。高端新冠疫苗、高血壓與主動脈剝離的相關性還需要更進一步的研究。
