A 46-year-old female began experiencing difficulties in reading and viewing content on her phone in 2021. She especially struggled in dim lighting and frequently needed to remove her glasses to see clearly. The most significant issue was her inability to see the tip of a needle when working with it. Additionally, she experienced dry eyes, fatigue, and flatulence. The condition worsened in 2022. After switching to progressive lenses this year, her vision did not improve as expected. Following two courses of Lin's Structure Acupuncture and Massage Treatment, a total of seven sessions, her unaided visual acuity improved, her myopia slightly decreased, astigmatism reduced, and intraocular pressure decreased. The results of this treatment offer hope as a reference for Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of presbyopia.
