Language Criticism of Classical Chinese Poetry, as a method of criticism, began with the Lyrical Tradition and has its own inherent development tradition. However, this path uses rhyme and syntax to explain the aesthetic of poetry, which will lead to circular arguments and the problem of tracing cause from effect. The study of the language art of classical Chinese poetry in the new century introduces the perspective and concepts of modern linguistics, starting from the characteristics of monophonic ideograms of Chinese characters, and shows that linguistics can bring room for further expansion of poetic research at the theoretical level. The prosodic studies on poetry and the "Inner Coherence(內聯性)" of Chinese poetic forms explain why prosody and syntax are closely related. The formal definition of Topic-Comment sentence identifies topics as basic syntactic components of Chinese sentence, which changes the traditional syntactic theoretical framework, can formally identify the aesthetic of the usual word order that were previously regarded as inverted or misplaced sentences, and provides new insights into Chinese poetry syntax.
