運用影像分析技術監測蔓花生多時期的生長速率

Studying the Growth Rate of Arachis duranensis by Image Analysis

摘要


本研究利用智慧型手機以平均每周2~3次的頻率,拍攝蔓花生苗在半年期間的生長影像,再藉由影像分析和統計,量化蔓花生的株高和葉面積的生長狀態。統計結果顯示,蔓花生每天約增高0.25cm,平均每12天長一葉片分支,葉片可以透過綠光的比率被分辨出來進行統計,整體的葉面積平均生長速度為0.35cm^2/day,本研究使用簡易的影像分析即可以量化葉片和植株生長資訊,估算目標作物的生長速率,未來可以結合物聯網自動感測拍攝和多種不同波段的感測器進行更多的資料分析,給相關工作者運用在量化種苗生長觀測之用。

This study was conducted for half a year, and we photographed the growth of Arachis duranensis at a frequency of 2 to 3 times a week. We obtained the height of the Arachis duranensis, the number of branches and the growth state of the leaf area by image analysis. The results showed that the Arachis duranensis grew about 0.25 cm/day, and grew one branch every 12 days. Although there is overlap between the leaves, in terms of direct analysis, the Arachis duranensis were produce a leaf area of 0.35 cm^2/day. This study uses simple image collection and image analysis to obtain plant growth information, which can be used in seedling growth in the future.
