中文版艾倫認知篩檢測驗之修訂暨信效度研究

艾倫認知篩檢測驗是一個快速評量的工具，可用來評估精神病患的認知功能。本研究目的為修訂中文版艾倫認知篩檢測驗，並針對此版本測驗進行信效度驗證。研究對象採方便樣本選取某醫院之慢性精神病患314名為研究對象。完成艾倫認知篩檢測驗中文化後，以此版本進行施測者間信度的驗證，並與威斯康辛卡片分類測驗、簡易智能量表進行同時效度驗證。最後，使用宋氏社會功能量表來探討病患之社會功能與艾倫認知階層的相關性。研究結果顯示中文版艾倫認知篩檢測驗有良好的施測者間信度。中文版艾倫認知篩檢測驗與威斯康辛卡片分類測驗之平均固執性反應錯誤數有中度的負相關。精神病患的艾倫認知階層與其社會功能有相關。本研究發展之中文版艾倫認知篩檢測驗顯示有良好的心理計量特性，且由於評量結果能有效的反映出病患的認知階層，因此，建議未來可使用此中文版測驗來評量病患的認知階層，讓醫療照護人員透過評量結果設定符合個案需求的治療目標。

The Allen Cognitive Level Screen is a quick screening test for assessing cognitive function in people with psychiatric disabilities. The purpose of this study was to translate the Allen Cognitive Level Screen into Chinese and examined the reliability and validity of the translated version. The Allen Cognitive Level Screen was translated into Chinese by researchers prior to testing. Three hundred fourteen patients with chronic psychiatric disabilities were recruited for this study. The Kendall coefficient of concordance was used to examine inter-rater reliability. Allen Cognitive Level, Wisconsin Card Sorting Test score and Mini-Mental State Exam score were used to examine concurrent validity. Allen Cognitive Level was used to examine correlations with social function score. The experimental results indicated that the inter-rater reliability of the Chinese version of the Allen Cognition Level Screen was r=.98. A moderate negative correlation was noted between Allen Cognitive Level and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test score. No correlation was observed between Allen Cognitive Level Screen and social function score (χ^2=27.271, p＜.001). This study demonstrated that the Chinese version of the Allen Cognitive Level Screen is a reliable and valid tool for measuring the cognitive level of patients with psychiatric disabilities. Health professionals may use this tool to evaluate the cognitive level of psychiatric patients, to set goals appropriate for the cognitive level of patients and to improve intervention to optimize functioning in persons with chronic psychiatric disabilities.
