摘要

軍隊國家化的初衷是為了避免軍權為個人所掌控並以此來挾制政權，其要義是將軍隊置於國家政權之下，國家依靠制定的法律和制度來約束軍隊行為。國民革命軍自成立之日，就面對如何統一軍政、軍令的問題，蔣介石雖在言論上要求全國軍隊統一於中央，但其實際行為卻與軍隊國家化的實質相背離。
