Abstracts

臨床上類鴉片藥物常用於癌症病人的疼痛控制上，另外在慢性非癌症的疼痛控制上使用亦相當多，在重症照護上亦常使用這些藥物，過量和長期不當使用會危害人體健康，引發相當多嚴重的併發症，藥物劑量不當給予，過多或過少皆會引起不良反應，使得臨床上過到需使用類鴉片藥物的病人時更要提高警覺，故本篇也藉由了解這些常見的併發症及處理方式，可以在重症的照護上能及早預防、儘速處理，同時可以提升病人安全性，使得照護的品質更加提升，提供更多的幫助。

Parallel abstracts

Opioids are usually applied in controlling pain of patients who suffers from cancer. Besides, opioids are also used in patients with chronic pain and critical ill patients. Opioids may endanger health of human and cause many severe complications if the dosage or duration is not appropriate. Therefore, we must be alert in patients who need to use opioids. The article introduces the complications of opioids and ways to handle these to early prevent and handle these in critical ill patients. At the same time, we can enhance the safety of patients and quality of care.
