”The King's Speech” by Mark Logue & Peter Conradi published in 2010 tells the story of the Australian speech therapist, Lionel Logue, and George VI who had debilitating speech impediment. Although Logue didn't completely cure the speech impairment of the king, he helped him to manage his stuttering conditions. According to the book, the author made some comments on the ideas of L. Logue on the etiology, treatment, and the related issues about stuttering. The essential factors of the success in George VI case were discussed and some suggestions for people with stuttering and their speech therapists were also proposed.
