摘要


黃振球(1996年)認為校長的職責為校務的規劃、教職員聘派與考核、教師教學督導、教師在職進修、學生的輔導、事務管理、財務管理與公共關係。校長是學生學習與校務發展的關鍵人物;學校辦學績效,繫於學校領導人的素質。「有怎樣的校長,就有怎樣的學校」,校長若能熟悉領導理論,善用領導技巧,活用領導行為,對學校行政效能、教師教學品質、學生學習成效以及校長的個人專業發展等,均有莫大的助益。
