Educational reform has been carried out during the latest decade. In this period, a great deal of education pressure groups were established and have some influence on students, parents, teachers and education administrations. This article tries to study of the action policies of eduction pressure groups and how education administrators develop coping strategies to respond in policy making. The purpose is to find out a better relationship between education pressure groups and education administrators. First, this article shows the differences between pressure group and interest group, then it describes the styles, roles of pressure groups. Second, the analysis of case study of a famous education pressure group shows the action mode of pressure groups. Third, according to the theories of administration policy making and the analysis of surveys and interviews of the coping strategies of education administrators to pressure groups in policy making, the research provides some suggestions for a better relationship between pressure groups and education administrators.
