從知識移轉觀點看高雄市國小二代公文系統環境建置現況

高雄市國小二代公文系統改變了傳統公文的簽核模式，採用線上方式作業，並配合政府節能減碳的策略，進行縣市合併後大規模的機關正式導入，本文以知識移轉的觀點探討高雄市國小二代公文環境建置情形，並探討公文處理的流程和交換速度，並以訪談方式蒐集十位行政人員對二代公文系統的觀點和使用經驗，最後歸納出幾點建議作為主管機關作為參考。
