遊客對遊樂園騎乘之偏好及其影響因素之探討
The Visitor's Preference and Influence Factors of Rides in the Amusement Park
摘要
1955年Disneyland興建以來，主題遊樂園(Theme Park)不但開創了一個休閒遊憩活動的新視野，同時也帶動了相關事業的蓬勃發展。騎乘(rides)幾乎是主題遊樂園的必備設施，而且，經營者爲了吸引遊客前來，每每不惜巨資添購新的遊具，但卻難以評估遊客的偏好程度。爲釐清騎乘的種類並瞭解遊客對於騎乘種類之偏好(preference)，筆者蒐集各種騎乘的資料加以分類，結果發現：台灣現有的騎乘設施可分成：1.軌道、2.迴轉、3.吊纜、4.自由落體等四類；並於2005年的2月間分別對國內前五大排行民營遊樂園（六福村、劍湖山、月眉育樂世界、西湖渡假村、九族文化村）的遊客，進行問卷之調查，結果得有效問卷328份。 調查資料分析，得到遊客前往不同遊樂園的主要目的、騎乘偏好與影響偏好因素的重要性排序。在推論統計方面，則發現教育程度、年齡與職業均對騎乘的偏好及影響偏好的心理、因素沒有顯著差異，而性別僅對雲霄飛車一項產生顯著差異。本文整理相關文獻，並彙整調查結果，提出結論與建議，以供遊樂園的經營者作爲規劃騎乘時決策之參考。

Disneyland was created in 1955 and launched a new vision to the leisure activities. In the meantime, it also aroused many associated industries. Rides are almost one of the essential facilities in a theme park. In order to attract more visitors, many theme park owners have invested a lot of money in building new facilities; however, visitors' preferences for these facilities are hard to evaluate. According to literature review, the researcher classified rides into four categories: coaster, wheel and carousel, cable, fall down. During February 2001, the researcher conducted a research at the top five theme parks in Taiwan which included, Leofoo Village, Janfusun Fancy World, Yamay Resort World, West Lake Resort Village, Formosan Aboriginal. There are 328 valid samples collected in the study. The data analysis reveals visitors' choices of a theme park, preferences for rides, ordinal of factors affecting preferences. In inferential statistics, the variable-education, age, and occupation has no significant difference found in rides preference, ordinal of factors affecting preference, and mechanical factors. Moreover, the variable-gender has significant difference found when concerning roller coaster. Finally, the applying of the literature review, conclusion, and recommendation in this study will provide substantial suggestion to the theme park planning in the future.
