濃縮科學中藥用於兒科的臨床經驗分享
Sharing the Clinical Experience of Using Concentrated Scientific Medicine in Pediatric Practice
摘要
理、法、方、藥是中醫學關於診斷與治療操作規範的四大要素，其整體運用是型塑中醫理論、提高臨床正確診斷和確認藥物效能的基礎，體現了中醫臨床的思維方法，表明了中醫區別於其它醫學的特點，四者是不可分割的整體。建置符合現代需求的診療模式是中醫藥發展的重要議題，其中理、法是中醫理論特有的依據和治療法則，臨床在理法指導下組方遣藥，完整體現了中醫整體性的特點和優越性，更是優勢所在。目前，依中醫「理法方藥」而製的濃縮科學中藥，既保留傳統中醫藥精髓，又兼顧現代生活的方便與實用性；在中醫藥現代化進程中，推廣科學中藥是既能保存傳統特性又能與國際接軌的最佳突破口。鑒於濃縮科學中藥是目前台灣中醫師結合現代醫療實務廣泛使用的劑型，歷經長時間實踐錘鍊，具完整的特性與不共性，在中醫現代化發展的議題上，雖不免爭鳴，還需相當探討與謀合，仍不失為是促進中醫藥現代化較佳的發展方向。本文結合濃縮科學中藥的運用優勢與兒科臨床經驗，加以探討與分享。

Theory, methods, formulas and medicine are the four elements of operating specifications in diagnosis and treatments of Chinese medicine. Their overall use is shaping the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, improving the clinical diagnosis and confirmed the basis of the effectiveness of drugs. It also reflects the way of thinking on clinical of Chinese medicine and different characteristics from other medical sciences. The four elements mean an indivisible whole. Build a treated model meeting modern needs is an important issue in the development of Chinese medicine. In which, the theory and methods are the characteristic basis and rules of treatments. Under the guidance of the theory and methods, composing formula and administrating medicine are performed in clinical practice. This not only is the advantage but completely embodies the characteristics and excellence of integrity of Chinese medicine. Currently, the concentrated scientific Chinese medicine prepared according to the ”theory, methods, formulas and medicine” of Chinese medicine, not only retains the essence of traditional Chinese medicine, but also takes into account the convenience and practicability of modern living. In the process of modernization of Chinese medicine, promoting scientific Chinese medicine is not only to preserve the traditional properties but also the best breakthrough of connecting with internationals. Concentrated scientific Chinese medicine is widely used dosage form that Chinese medicine practitioners in Taiwan currently combined with modern medical practice. After long time of practice and polish, it has the characteristics of completeness and uncommonness. Although, in the issues of Chinese medicine modernization development, there is inevitable debate and requires considerable discussion and adjustment. Concentrated scientific Chinese medicine is still regarded the better development direction of promoting the modernization of Chinese medicine. In this article, we search and share our experience in integrating the advantages of concentrated scientific Chinese medicine and experience of pediatric clinical practice.
