職場健康管理系統雛型之構建
Establishment of an Employee Health Management Platform Prototype
摘要
目的：本研究透過職場健康管理系統導入，提供廠護對員工作業環境與健康資料分析管理，提升勞工健康管理的效率與改善作業環境依據，以達到維護台灣勞工身心健康之目的。方法：透過廠護及員工之需求調查、文獻資料與法規彙整，分析職場健康管理平台的需求；由問卷資料分析與廠護測試結果，結合專家意見作為職場健康管理系統雛形依據。結果：針對供給方與需求方的需求調查結果，建構基本資訊、健康檢查、分析報表與職場傷害等符合勞工健康保護規則與需求的職場健康管理系統雛形。結論：此健康管理平台經測試後，可提升勞工健康服務醫護人員對於勞工健康管理之效率。而由於各產業對管理需求不同，未來可在本雛形基礎下發展符合產業別客製化的功能。

Objectives: The aim of this study was to establish a platform for employee health management, so that employee health nurses could use it to promote quality employee healthcare, provide effective health management, analyze employee health information, and improve the work environment. Methods: We developed a survey questionnaire about the employee health management platform and summarized the literature and relevant government rules. Based on the results of the demand and information analysis and the surveys of employee health nurses and experts, we established the platform prototype. Results: After analyzing the demands for health management for both employers and employees, we developed an employee health management platform in accordance with Labor Health Protection Rules and occupational health demands. Conclusions: After implementation of the employee health management platform, the employee health nurses and managers agreed that the platform prototype made employee health management easier and more efficient. This research was a pilot study however, so some functions have yet to be developed, and the platform should be customized for different industries with the ultimate goal of caring for the health of all Taiwan's workers.
