摘要

處女膜閉鎖是一種罕見的先天性構造異常疾病，通常在嬰兒期和兒童早期表現。後天的處女膜閉鎖可能由性侵害造成的生殖道外傷所引起的。當一個青春期的女孩在初經的年紀或明顯的初經過後的年齡，抱怨不明原因的下背痛伴隨慢性便秘時，應把處女膜閉鎖合併陰道積血列入鑑別診斷，尤其是當她否認有過月經或性行爲時。我們提出了一位以慢性便秘及下背痛爲主訴之處女膜閉鎖之病例。

A history of unexplained low back pain associated with chronic constipation in an adolescent girl of menarchal age or in an obviously postmenarchal girl should make one consider an imperforate hymen with hematocolpos. This is a particular important differential diagnosis in the work-up of an adolescent who denies ever having had menses or sexual activity.
The case of a girl with an imperforate hymen presenting with a six-month history of chronic constipation and intermittent low back pain is described.
