宋夏戰爭時期范仲淹的薦才用人策略-以滕宗諒、种世衡為例

摘要


范仲淹的慶曆變法,以「澄清吏治」為中心,留下了「一家哭何如一路哭」的名言,也引起了其他官僚的反彈。不過,范仲淹在宋夏戰爭期間,曾經推薦滕宗諒、种世衡兩人擔任要職,這兩人皆甚有爭議,滕宗諒的「盜用公使錢」事件甚至成為反對變法者打擊范仲淹的藉口。可見范仲淹在宋夏戰爭期間,為了邊防的需要,在用人方面唯才能是任,對於道德方面似乎不太苛求。 本文以范仲淹所撰〈天章閣待制滕君墓誌銘〉、〈東染院使种君墓誌銘〉兩篇墓誌銘為中心,並參酌其他相關的史料,希望能夠對范仲淹在宋夏戰爭時期的薦才用人策略,作一詳細的探討。

For the ”Ching-li reforms,” Fang Zong-yeng asked to unseat the half-assed officers, but there were many officers dissenting from Fang's plans. Fang had ever appointed Teng Zong-lian and Zong Si-heng during the Sung-Xia war. They were controversial. Especially, Teng was involved in a malversation. It was one of reasons that Fang's antagonists attacked Fang. Anyway, because that was necessary for the frontier defense, Fang appointed those officers based on their abilities not on their morality. Therefore, the research of this paper focuses on Fang's ideals and devices for appointing efficient officers.
