摘要


本研究依據醫學數位影像及通信(DICOM)標準第15部分安全規範(Security Profiles)的規定,在醫學數位影像通信中引入傳輸保密性及電子簽章的技術,與現有DICOM資料編碼、解碼、網路傳輸的C++程式之程式庫結合,以擴充此程式庫在電子簽章及資料傳輸方面的功能。利用此程式庫開發的系統將具備可對醫學影像及報告做電子簽章簽認及利用安全性的網路傳輸模式與其他廠牌系統互傳資料的功能。

According to DICOM standard Part 15 Security Profiles, the security issues of the medical informatics in the clinical environment and the techniques to implement this standard in a DICOM C++ library have been investigated. Three topics are included in this research: (1) implementing the security profiles standard in the DICOM C++ library that used in the image manager system; (2) upgrading the DICOM library that dealing with DICOM object coding, decoding, and network data transfer; and (3) adding the security network communication capability and encryption ability to authenticate the DICOM image objects.
