Aortic injury after blunt trauma maybe causes high mortality rate. Only a few numbers of this group can be transferred to the hospital, but still high risk for surgical intervention. We report a rare case of traumatic aortic rupture followed with abdomen contusion and liver laceration after a motorcycle accident. This patient was successfully resuscitated with endovascular stent grafting treatment. We recommend that endovascular treatment with a stent graft is an acceptable treatment in these lifethreatening situations.
