高雄市國小資優資源班獨立研究教學之調查研究

A Survey Research into the Current Independent Study in Elementary Schools' Gifted Resource Classes in Kaohsiung City

摘要


本研究以自編問卷調查方式,針對高雄市國小資優資源班指導獨立研究教師67人,探討國小資優資源班實施獨立研究教學的現況以及對獨立研究教學的看法與建議。經歸納整理,所獲結論如下: 一、大多數教師支持並實施獨立研究教學,且有能力進行課程規劃,為資優生開設每週1-3節的獨立研究課程。 二、學生進行獨立研究的方式,多為個人或小組完成有興趣的主題,大多數教師會為學生舉辦獨立研究成果發表會。 三、大部分家長支持教師的專業指導。 四、教師指導學生進行獨立研究教學時,會遇到學生、教師、校外資源、課程規劃、學校行政等五方面的問題。 五、教師認為要順利的指導學生進行獨立研究,應事先做好課程規劃、教學過程中給予學生適當的引導與鼓勵,並掌握教學進度、參與進修與研習活動、提昇教師專業能力、做好親師溝通,尋求家長協助或其他資源。

A self-developed questionnaire was given to survey the current independent study (IS, for short) inst ructions carried out by sixty-seven IS teachers in elementary schools' gifted resource classes in Kaohsiung city. The findings, together with the teachers' viewpoints and suggestions of IS, were summarized by the researcher as follows: 1 .The majority of teachers have supported and conducted IS teachings. They are capable of planning curriculum and establishing one to three IS courses weekly for the gifted students. 2. The students have competed the IS with interesting thematic studies individually or in groups. The resulting achievements of IS have been presented regularly at the meetings he d by the teachers 3. A greater part of the parents have supported teachers' professional guidance. 4. While guiding the students to proceed with the IS, the teachers have encountered difficulties from five areas: the students, the teachers themselves, resources outside the school, curriculum planning, and the school administrations 5. The teachers have been convinced that n order to successfully guide the students to comp etc the IS, they have to plan in advance, guide and encourage the students appropriately during teaching, control teaching schedules, participate in in-service advanced studies and seminars, upgrade their know-how, maintain good communications with the parents regularly, and seek for parents' assistance or other resources.
