This study explores the influence of cross-strait college students' cultural differences on the intention to use mobile payments through the online questionnaire. Empirical results showed that: (1) Cultural differences significantly positively affect performance expectancy; (2) Cultural differences significantly positively affect effort expectancy; (3) Cultural differences significantly positively affect social influence; (4) Cultural differences significantly positively affect facilitating conditions; (5) Under the controlling of the condition of gender, performance expectancy significantly positively affect the usage intention of college students to use mobile payments; (6) Under the controlling of the conditions of gender and experience, effort expectancy significantly positively affect the usage intention of college students to use mobile payments; (7) Under the controlling of the conditions of controlling gender, experience and voluntariness, social influence will significantly positively affect the usage intention of college students to use mobile payments.
