摘要

目的：探討CT增強掃描檢查中對比劑不良反應的預防策略。方法：分析1401例患者進行CT增強掃描檢查中所錄取預防不良反應的護理措施。結果：所有CT增強掃描檢查患者，通過採取相應的護理干預措施後，不良反應的發生率為0.78%，明顯低於文獻所述的1-2.5%。無嚴重的不良反應發生。結論：嚴格執行C T增強造影的護理程式，能有效預防患者在CT增強掃描檢查中對比劑的不良反應，使患者更安全，順利達到預期的檢查目的。

Objective: To evaluate the prevention strategies for adverse drug reactions during CT contrast enhanced scan. Methods: analysis of the nursing experiences to prevent adverse reactions among 1401 cases of patients with enhanced CT scan. Results: Taken appropriate care interventions, the adverse reaction rate was 0.785%, which showed to be lower than the 1-2.5% described in literature. No serious adverse events happened. Conclusion: The strict implementation of the care process during enhanced CT angiography can prevent adverse reactions of contrast medicine effectively and make patients more safely and examination smoothly.
