繪製平面圖策略於手術室臨床實習環境熟悉之成效

Using "Drawing Floor Plan Strategies" Methods for Guiding Nursing Students in the Clinical Practice in Operation Rooms: Action Research

摘要


鑒於手術室高時間壓力與特殊硬體環境,護理臨床實習學生易發生適應不良之經驗。而臨床實習情境教學策略之相關文獻又屈指可數,故發展適用於手術室護理臨床實習教學之教學策略。本研究採行動研究法,探討「平面圖繪製」教學策略於手術室護理實習生環境熟悉之成效。於護理實習生報到第一天先進行手術室硬體環境相關動線介紹後,由實習生完成手術室平面圖繪製,藉由模擬情境需求評值其對動線之熟悉度。經由Liker's 問卷及質性教學回饋得知,平面圖繪製教學策略均獲得護理實習生正向肯定,有助於實習生在具時間壓力情境下更快速熟悉適應環境。

Using action research, this study explored the effeteness of " Drawing Floor Plan "guiding nursing students in operation rooms. For reasons of lacking related literature a new conceptual strategy for guiding and improving situations of high stress in operation rooms have already been developed ." Drawing Floor Plan " is an effective way to familiarize with the operating room hardware setting and moving lines. The clinical practice is an extremely important portion of nursing education, developing an effective and pragmatic teaching strategies to guide nursing students into clinical working would help nursing students to adjust. Action research is the practical research method to develop effective teaching strategies.
