摘要

甲狀腺毒血症的典型臨床徵狀包含肢體震顫、心悸、對熱忍受度下降、盜汗、體重減輕、焦慮失眠、腸胃蠕動增加和呼吸喘等，雙側下肢凹陷性水腫常見於心臟、肝臟或腎臟病患，在甲狀腺功能亢進症的病患屬罕見症狀。本文報告一位50歲女性主訴為下肢水腫合併體重減輕，診斷為甲狀腺功能亢進症的過程，討論及回顧甲狀腺功能亢進症與下肢水腫的文獻。

The classic symptoms of thyrotoxicosis include fine tremor, palpitations, heat intolerance, weight loss, anxiety, increased frequency of bowel movements, and shortness of breath. Bilateral pitting type of pretibial edema is noted commonly among patients with systemic diseases, such as heart, liver or renal diseases, while pitting edema is a rare clinical presentation of hyperthyroidism. We report the case of a 50-year-old woman experiencing bilateral lower extremities edema and weight loss. After blood test, urine analysis, X-ray examination, and thyroid scan, Grave's disease with hyperthyroidism was diagnosed. In reporting the case, the article also performs a literature review of hyperthyroidism with pretibial edema.
