我國慢速壘球裁判參與動機之研究
My Country Slow Pitch Softball the Judge the Research of Different Background Participation Motive
摘要
本研究目的在瞭解我國慢速壘球裁判參與動機之情形，其分析不同背景變項在參與動機量表上差異情形，並且據以提出建議，期能對有意願參與慢速壘球裁判者或慢速壘球運動推動單位有所助益，及蓬勃發展。本研究對象以中華民國慢速壘球協會認證之裁判為對象，採郵寄問卷實施調查，共計有效問卷119份，利用描述型統計、獨立樣本t檢定、信度分析等統計方法，進行資料分析，所得結果歸納如下：一、在量表問題項目中，以「擔任慢速壘球裁判是一種挑戰及自我肯定」平均值最高，顯見參與慢速壘球裁判，主要為了自我挑戰及自我肯定。二、經獨立樣本t檢定結果得知，不同學歷背景在參與動機上「健康體適能」與「休閒娛樂」上有顯著差異；不同工作背景在參與動機的「休閒娛樂」與「心理需求」上有顯著差異，且非專業背景皆高於有專業背景裁判。
