運動產業人力資源招募與遴選制度之探討-以南部某體育用品店為例

The Analysis of Recruitment & Selection of Hiring Process in The Sport Industry -A Case study of X Sporting Goods Retailer in South Taiwan

摘要


本文旨在探討運動產業人員招募與遴選制度,透過訪談法方式去了解南部某體育用品店之人員招募與遴選制度。近年來運動產業相繼興起,加上漸漸轉型成服務業,因此人員服務顯得相當重要,如何招募及遴選好的員工成為一個重要課題。本研究的結果顯示,南部某體育用品店目前有兩家門市,依各門市的人力需求,進行人員招募,其招募管道包括透過人力銀行,同事介紹,門市招募與學校產學合作;並針對公司的需求進行遴選,過程包括履歷自傳、面試會談,內部開會討論,並在試用期評估許可後可成為正式聘用員工,整個招募及遴選過程尚稱繁瑣嚴謹。本文研究結果所得資料期望提供給相關業者及未來想進入相關產業之人士做一參考,以利未來人力招募及遴選制度之調整及就業前之準備。

This thesis is mainly to analyze the methods and criteria of recruiting staff through interviews for sport industry in South Taiwan. In the past couple years, sport industries have successfully operation and transformed to service industry. Staff recruitment becomes an essential issue for success business. The result shows that how sport industries in South Taiwan recruit the essential personals base on department needs. These recruitments channel will through job banks, colleagues, retail recruitment, and school-industry cooperation. The candidates also had to go through serious hiring and selecting process such as resume autobiography, interview, internal meeting, and trail evaluation to be eligible hiring as employee. These processes are serious and rigorous. This article aims to discuss recruitment and staff hiring system in Taiwan sports industry. The results provided as base information for future reference to improve recruitment and staff hiring system in sports industry.
