概念圖於臨床病人教育之運用

The Application of Concept Mapping in Patient Education

摘要


「護理指導」為護理人員獨特的角色功能,若能運用跨領域之學理技術,將能改善護理指導之成效,有效提升病人的自我照顧能力。目前國內少見將概念圖運用於護理指導,而概念圖已被證實為一種有效的教學策略,較傳統的衛教方式更能提升病人教育的成效。它是一種以「病人為中心」的教育方式,以圖像呈現病人的認知程度,有助病人的教育診斷與整合新知識的評量,最終目標在深化其先備知識、增加新的知識、減少錯的知識、充實知識間的連結、增加運用知識的方法。本文旨在探討概念圖於臨床病人教育之應用,藉由文獻回顧統整出教學方案,包含理論基礎、目的與評估重點、方案設計、方案實施及方案評量等,再歸納概念圖於病人教育之成果、優點及限制,以提供臨床護理實務應用及未來研究之參考。

”Nursing instruction” is a unique role and function of nurses. The utilization of interdisciplinary teaching strategies can improve the effectiveness of nursing instruction and enhance the self-care ability of patients. At present, concept mapping is rarely applied to clinical patient education domestically, which has been proven to be an effective health education strategy and is better at enhancing the effectiveness of patient education compared to the traditional way. It is a kind of ”patient-centered” education, and can show the patients' awareness level using images, which is helpful for the analysis of patient education and the assessment of new knowledge integration. Its ultimate goals are to enhance knowledge, minimize or clarify wrong information learned elsewhere, and increase knowledge application methods. This article aims to explore the clinical application of the concept mapping on patient education, and to integrate the related design of education programs by reviewing the literature, which includes theory base, purpose and assessment, program planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the studies and the advantages and limitations of concept mapping on patient education are then summarized in order to provide a reference for clinical nursing practices and future research.
