「病人自控式止痛」臨床照護量表發展：前趨研究
Developing a ＂Patient-Controlled Analgesia＂ Caring Scale for Clinical Nurses：A Pilot Study
摘要
本研究目的旨在發展臨床護理人員對照護病人使用「病人自控式止痛」之自我評估量表。以立意取樣方式選取南部教學醫院之護理人員為研究對象，共有228位參與。經專家效度與因素分析結果，此「PCA臨床照護量表」共47題。結果發現：知識問卷部份之信度KR-20檢定為0.36，態度問卷部份的Cronbach’s Alpha為0.73，行為問卷部份的Cronbach’s Alpha為0.91。經主成分分析法及最大變異法轉軸進行分析，態度問卷三個因素共可解釋47%的總變異量，行為問卷二個因素共可解釋52%的總變異量。結果顯示本量表具良好之信效度，建議未來可將此量表作為臨床研究上評估護理人員照護的測量工具。

The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to assess the Patient-Controlled Analgesia (PCA) Caring Scale for nurses. Convenient sampling was used and 228 participants from the teaching hospital in South Taiwan were recruited. After experts' opinions and construct validity were considered, the ＂Patient-Controlled Analgesia＂ Caring Scale included forty-seven items. The results showed that: the index of Kuder-Richardson for knowledge questionnaire was 0.36. The Cronbach's Alpha for attitude questionnaire was 0.73, and the Cronbach's Alpha for the behavioral questionnaire was 0.91. After principal component analysis and varimax rotation, three-factors explained 47% of the variation of the attitude questionnaire, and two factors explained 52% of the variation of behavior questionnaire. Results indicated that the instrument provides good reliability and validity. The ＂Patient-Controlled Analgesia＂ Caring Scale appears to be a useful tool to assess nurses caring behaviors in clinical practice and research.
