預防住院嬰兒尿布疹之系統性文獻回顧
A Systematic Review on the Prevention of Diaper Dermatitis in Hospitalized Infants

背景：尿布疹對住院嬰兒影響甚巨，而最佳照護則是預防其發生。然而，國內欠缺此議題的系統性探討。目的：藉由系統性文獻回顧以探討預防住院嬰兒尿布疹的照護方式。方法：以設定之關鍵字及條件，搜尋PubMed、Medline、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、EMBASE、華藝線上圖書館和台灣碩博士論文加值系統等資料庫。搜尋時間從西元2000年1月1日至2022年1月31日之系統性文獻回顧、統合分析、隨機臨床試驗或準隨機臨床試驗等文獻。結果：篩選後得到三篇符合條件的文獻，其中包括兩篇隨機對照研究及一篇系統性文獻回顧。所得三篇文獻結果建議：使用含氧化鋅軟膏、勤換尿布和不包覆尿布可以保護住院嬰兒的皮膚屏障功能以預防尿布疹。結論／實務運用：依據所得文獻結果可供制定臨床照顧標準的指引，同時提供護理人員對嬰兒之照顧者的照護參考。

Background: Diaper dermatitis have a profound impact on hospitalized infants and the optimal care is prevention. However, the issue is rare to be systematically explored in Taiwan. Purpose: A Systematic Review to explore the prevention of diaper dermatitis was used for caring hospitalized infants. Methods: Based on the keywords and the criteria, PubMed, Medline, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Airiti Library and "National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan" were searched from January 1, 2000 to January 31, 2022 for qualified articles. The qualified articles needed to be the systematic reviews, meta-analysis, randomized controlled trials or quasi-randomized controlled trials. Results: Three qualified articles were obtained, including two randomized controlled trials and one systematic review. The three articles suggested that zinc oxide in cream, frequent diaper changes, and diaper-free could protect skin barrier function to prevent diaper dermatitis in hospitalized infants. Conclusions/Practice Implications: The results could provide guidelines for developing the clinical standards, as well as references for caregivers of infant.
