摘要


水中有氧是指在水中進行大肌肉群的有氣運動,不須任何游泳技巧,任何年齡層、不同的體能狀況者,都可達到很好的運動效果。本文針對水溫、水深、浮力、阻力、壓力等水的特性、以及水中與陸地運動的差異,說明在水中有氣運動的益處與特性,並介紹水中有氧的基本技巧與注意事項,期盼更多喜好者的參與。

Aquatic aerobics is referred to aerobic exercises using big muscles. We do not need simming skills, any age levels, and different physical stamina persons can all reach very good sport result. Good equipment and suitable intensity when doing exercises on land, or knee joints may bear heavily from gravity resulting in sports injuries. But it's safe in water Aquatic aerobic exercise as its name does aerobic exercise in water: It does not need any swimming skills, and can reach good effects regardless of age, or condition. The study focuses on a characteristic of water and water exercises describing the advantages of aquatic aerobic exercises.
