針剌睛明與球後兩穴為主治療難治性眼底病之經驗

摘要

外傷性視神經萎縮、青光眼視神經萎縮、黃斑部病變、原發性視網膜色素病變是屬於目前西醫眼科難以治療與療效較差的眼底疾病。作者利用針刺睛明與球後兩大主穴，成功治療此四類眼底難症，患者主客觀視力與視野均有改善。本文依序以外傷性視神經萎縮、青光眼視神經萎縮、原發性視網膜色素病變、黃斑部病變各一病例，經眼眶內針法治療四個月至一年左右，視野與眼底檢查進步情況明確，證實為針灸效療，可提供醫界作為治療參考。

Optic atrophy, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and retinitis pigmentosa are all refractory ocular diseases. Dr. Han used Jing-Ming and Qiu-Hou as main acupuncture formula to treat these four kinds patients. Improvements in both eyesight and vision field were observed with objective and subjective evaluation. One case each of traumatic optic atrophy, glaucoma with optic atrophy, macular degeneration, and primary pigmentary degeneration of the retina were treated. The vision field charts of patients had remarkably improved within 4-12 months of treatment. The results showed that traditional Chinese acupuncture could offer an effective treatment for those diseases.
