視力模糊之針灸治療病例

Acupuncture Treatment for Loss of vision: a Case Report

摘要

本次案例為一位20歲少年，家屬提及由於隔代教養，造成個案從小雙眼視差很大，視物模糊，有高血壓家族病史，且從國中開始就有抽菸習慣。曾因雙眼視差及視力模糊問題至眼科診所檢查，西醫懷疑有視神經萎縮之可能。最近一次體檢時發現左眼視力減退至0.1，雖然右眼視力正常，卻因為雙眼視差過大無法配戴眼鏡，影響生活上的學習，也無法考駕照，因此於2017年8月至義大醫院中醫門診，進行針灸治療三個月後現左眼視力恢復至0.3度，可配合眼科醫師指示配戴眼鏡。臨床治療有諸多值得思考剖析之處，故透過本病例報告以供臨床研究者參考與討論。

Loss of vision is difficult to deal with both in modern and Chinese medicine. Acupuncture is an uncommon treatment option in Taiwan. This 20-year-old man who suffered from blurred vision and loss of vision of left eye for many years. After the acupuncture intervention for 3 months, the patient's left sight improved from 20/200 to 20/70. Therefore, we introduce this case and the acupuncture treatment program for lost-vision intervention.
