臺灣網路漫畫平台面臨困境之探討

Discussion of the difficulties in Taiwanese digital comics platform

摘要

近年來，各國的漫畫相關產業快速成長，並且獲得廣大效益。然而相較於國外，臺灣的網漫平台則是停滯不前。本研究運用文獻分析法，了解來自國外的網漫平台，以及臺灣本土網漫平台的現況，並以深度訪談的方式，訪問臺灣網漫創作者以及平台營運的相關人士，了解他們對臺灣網漫平台面臨困境之看法。本研究發現，臺灣網漫平台多由傳統出版社經營，難以投注高預算進行宣傳行銷、推出官方作品吸引讀者。上述差距，造成國内外的網漫平台的發展相去甚遠。臺灣網漫平台的經營者，若能學習國外企業的營運思維，對宣傳的靈活性以及平台使用的方便性多加重視，必能有所改變。

In recent years, comic-related industries in many countries have grown sharply, and have profited dramatically. However, compared to that from other countries, digital comic platforms in Taiwan seem to remain stagnant. This research adopts document analysis to have a better understanding of the current situation of native digital comic platforms and overseas. This research discovered that native digital comic platforms are mainly developed and operated by traditional publishing house. Differences as mentioned above cause a huge gap between the development of native digital comic platforms and the foreign ones.
