隨著網路和數位工具深入民眾日常生活,民眾獲得資訊的方式及閱讀習慣也深受影響。又加上經歷三年的疫情侵襲,帶動了數位化發展步調,如今電子書已成為讀者和出版商不可或缺的媒介。Hyread凌網科技平台為台灣自有品牌,在臺耕耘十多年,提供多種書籍類型和豐富的閱讀功能,近兩年更推出實體的電子書閱讀器,在網站和行動裝置app以外提供額外的數位閱讀選項,致力於優化讀者數位閱讀的體驗,不遺餘力。本研究旨在探討Hyread凌網科技使用滿意度調查以及進一步瞭解使用者在使用平台時所面臨的各項挑戰。調查將關注使用者選擇Hyread凌網科技的原因,以及對Hyread凌網科技平台的滿意度和不滿意度。進一步評估使用者的閱讀習慣,例如:載體的選擇、閱讀時間和書籍類型偏好。

As the internet and digital tools become deeply integrated into people's daily lives, the ways in which individuals access information and their reading habits are profoundly influenced. Furthermore, the digitalization trend has accelerated due to the three-year-long impact of the pandemic, making e-books an indispensable medium for both readers and publishers. Hyread Lingtech, a Taiwan-based platform with over a decade of experience, has been at the forefront, offering a variety of book genres and rich reading features. In the past two years, they have introduced physical e-book readers, providing additional digital reading options beyond the website and mobile app, dedicated to optimizing readers' digital reading experiences. This study aims to explore user satisfaction with Hyread Lingtech and further understand the various challenges users face when utilizing the platform. The survey will focus on why users choose Hyread Lingtech, as well as their satisfaction and dissatisfaction with the platform. Additionally, the research aims to evaluate users' reading habits, such as their preferences for reading mediums, reading time, and book genres.
