摘要

空中傷患後送為相當重要的運送傷患方式。我國公務部門目前可根據飛機類型的不同分為六聯隊使用的定翼機及空勤總隊、空軍救護隊使用的旋翼機，執行跨島或本島跨縣市之傷患運送任務。在軍方定翼機體系，航空護理官作為後送之空勤醫療組長，透過系統性的鑑傷，將病人進行適當的分類，再針對各類病人進行裝載。作者期盼透過本文，統整鑑傷要點，避免病人受到高空環境之低壓、噪音、G力、振動、缺氧的情形，並學習如何在機上針對不同類型的病人進行照護及給予預防措施，避免病人因此加重病情且能夠平安的度過後送。

In our country with many offshore islands, aeromedical evacuation is a very important way of transporting patients. In public sector, aeromedical evacuation can be divided according to airframe into fixed-wing aircraft used by the Air Force 6^(th) Composite Wing and rotary-wing aircraft used by the National Airborne Service Corps and the Air Force Air Rescue Group. Flight nurse is the designated leader of the aeromedical evacuation team, guiding the triage and classification and loading of the patients appropriately. This article summarizes the key point of patient triage and care, focuses on avoiding the deleterious effects of low pressure, noise, G-Force, vibration, and hypoxia. Nursing care on board aims to prevent patients from aggravating their condition and allow them to arrive their destined hospital safely.
