In our country with many offshore islands, aeromedical evacuation is a very important way of transporting patients. In public sector, aeromedical evacuation can be divided according to airframe into fixed-wing aircraft used by the Air Force 6^(th) Composite Wing and rotary-wing aircraft used by the National Airborne Service Corps and the Air Force Air Rescue Group. Flight nurse is the designated leader of the aeromedical evacuation team, guiding the triage and classification and loading of the patients appropriately. This article summarizes the key point of patient triage and care, focuses on avoiding the deleterious effects of low pressure, noise, G-Force, vibration, and hypoxia. Nursing care on board aims to prevent patients from aggravating their condition and allow them to arrive their destined hospital safely.
