「畢馬龍效應」與體育教師教學倫理之探討

摘要

教師的教學倫理在教師專業發展中是一個相當重要的層面，而倫理學是研究人生中道德行為之學理，且教育是由教育者透過內在啟發與外在陶冶的方式，進行所有的教育活動，並潛移默化的引導學生朝向正向發展。而「畢馬龍效應」意指不論以正面或負面的態度對待他人，皆會造成他人在行為或心理上的轉變，因此教師可以藉由「畢馬龍效應」顯示出對於學生之期待與關愛，進而透過教學行為引導學生達成教學目標。

Teaching ethics in the professional development of a teacher plays a very important role. Ethics is the study of human morality, and the education activities are conducted through internal enlightenment and external edification to guide students towards positive development. Pygmalion Effect means no matter the attitude towards others is positive or negative, it will end up having an effect on either others' behavioral or psychological aspect. Therefore, teachers can apply Pygmalion Effect on the students with expectations and caring, and through teaching activities to achieve the teaching goals.
