本文探討工藝人偶在工藝技術與文化脈絡上所具有的有形與無形文化資產特質,呼應國際上非物質文化遺產的重視,並借鏡日本利用無形文化資產來傳承製作人偶工藝的觀點,與制度面上的保護作為,和中國淵遠流長的發展歷史與多元樣貌,認為臺灣工藝人偶有其發展獨特性與地方性和稀少性,特別在現代博物館展示應用上有多元豐富的表現方式。另針對傳統技藝的文化傳承與生活美學,提出在保存實踐上除了具體物件的蒐藏,更重要的是連結社群與日常生活,成為社群治理的一部分。又工藝產業部分可與異業合作或品牌經營,善用公部門資源與政策,以開拓國內外市場,改善工藝創作環境,並作為文化扎根的基礎。
For taking intangible cultural heritage with representing its importance on international development, the material culture of the art dolls studied to focus on analyzing the characteristics from viewing their material and non-material cultural property. From learning Japan governmental policy on protecting intangible cultural heritage, their viewpoints on making dolls skills be strongly emphasized to continue their inheritance. In addition to finding development of making dolls in China, it has a quite long and abundant history. The consideration of appearance of the art dolls in Taiwan formed by finding their development with several characteristics such as unique, local, and rare property. Especially, it has a great potential performances when they display at museum publically. Besides, for considering to keep cultural heritage sustainable, the efforts to practice conservation need linking the artefacts with community and our daily life. Furthermore, in order to open up domestic and international market of handicraft can rely on the cooperation with other industry or running business with brand management. The accomplished improvements include the creating nice environment for art designers, the making good uses of public resources and proper policies, and building the frameworks to keep culture continuing.
