本研究旨在探討臺北地區成年人「挫折復原力」與「幸福感」之現況與相關性,以及瞭解不同「個人背景因素」與「挫折復原力」對臺北地區成年人「幸福感」之解釋力。希冀本結果能提供成年人提升個人挫折復原力與幸福感之參考。本研究係採「調查法」進行資料之蒐集,並以「立意抽樣」方式,抽取居住於臺北地區(臺北市、新北市)420位成年人為調查對象。實得有效問卷418份,有效回收率達99.5%。本研究所採用之研究工具包括:「個人背景資料表」、「挫折復原力量表」與「幸福感量表」。施測所得資料以SPSS for Windows 22.0進行結果析,分別以:描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、皮爾森績差相關及多元迴歸分析等統計方法加以分析。本研究結果如下:1.臺北地區成年人之整體「挫折復原力」為中上程度。其中以「有意義的生活」層面之挫折復原力為最高;而以「有平靜的心靈」層面的挫折復原力為最低。2.臺北地區成年人之整體「幸福感」為於中高程度。其中以「正向情緒」層面的幸福感為最高,而以「個人成就」平均得分最低。3.臺北地區成年人「挫折復原力」與「幸福感」間具顯著高程度之正相關,意即臺北地區成年人之整體「挫折復原力」愈佳,其整體「幸福感」就愈高。4.臺北地區成年人之「個人背景因素」與「挫折復原力」對「幸福感」的預測因素包括:「家庭經濟壓力」、「重大生活經驗」與「挫折復原力」三因素,能預測臺北地區成年人整體「幸福感」70%的變異量。意即臺北地區成年人之「家庭經濟壓力」愈小、未發生「其他重大生活經驗」、「挫折復原力」愈佳,則其「幸福感」就愈高。根據研究結果,建議成年成宜持續提升個人之「挫折復原力」,保持樂觀正向之生命態度,積極參與各類身心靈成長相關活動與課程,以利個人幸福感之提升。
The purpose of the study was to explore the current situation and correlation between "resilience" and "well-being" among adults in Taipei area, and to understand the impact of different "personal background factors" and "resilience" on "well-being" among adults in Taipei area. Explanatory power. The findings of the study can provide the resources for adults to improve their resilience to personal setbacks and their sense of well-being. This study adopted the "survey method" to collect data, and used "purposive sampling" to select 420 adults living in Taipei area (Taipei City, New Taipei City) as the survey subjects. There were 418 valid questionnaires, with an effective recovery rate of 99.5%. The research tools used in this study include: "Personal Background Information Form, PBIF", "Resilience Scale, RS" and "Well-Being Scale, WBS". The data obtained from the test were analyzed using SPSS for Windows 22.0, using statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The overall "resilience" of adults in Taipei is at a medium to upper level. Among them, the resilience to setbacks at the level of "meaningful life" is the highest; while the resilience to setbacks at the level of "having a peaceful mind" is the lowest. 2. The overall "well-being" of adults in Taipei is at a medium to high level. Among them, the well-being level of "positive emotions" is the highest, while the average score of "personal achievement" is the lowest. 3. There is a significantly high positive correlation between "resilience" and "well-being" among adults in Taipei. This means that the better the overall "resilience" of adults in Taipei, the better their overall "well-being" will be. high. 4. The predictive factors of "personal background factors" and "resilience" for adults in Taipei on "well-being" include: "family economic pressure", "major life experience" and "resilience", which can predict 70% of the variation in the overall "well-being" of adults in Taipei. This means that the smaller the "family financial pressure" of adults in Taipei, the less "other major life experiences" have occurred, and the better the "resilience to setbacks", the higher their "well-being" will be. Based on the research results, it is recommended that adults should continue to improve their personal "resilience", maintain an optimistic and positive attitude towards life, and actively participate in various activities and courses related to physical, mental and spiritual growth, in order to improve personal happiness.
