摘要


核醫心電圖門控心肌灌注斷層顯像使用於評估左心室功能;64切面電腦斷層掃描已被證明在冠心病患者具有優良診斷的準確性。近年來,64切面電腦斷層掃描與核醫心電圖門控心肌灌注斷層顯像的電腦軟體整合之技術已獲得解決;此技術可將兩種獨立的檢查儀器所取得之影像做整合,提供優良觀察者間之重複性並且縮短處理整合之影像時間。64切面電腦斷層掃描與核醫心電圖門控心肌灌注斷層顯像整合之影像之優點是可同時提供冠狀動脈造影的形態學與核醫心臟灌注缺損之情況。

Electrocardiographically gated myocardial perfusion SPECT (SPECT-MPI) has been used for assessment of the left ventricular (LV) function in clinical cardiology. Sixty-four slice CT angiography (CTA) has been documented the excellent diagnostic accuracy in coronary artery disease (CAD) patients. Recently, software solutions for fusion of SPECT-MPI study with CTA provide the combination of image sets obtained on 2 separate stand-alone scanners. Dedicated cardiac fusion software package provides software-based hybrid imaging with excellent inter-observer reproducibility and short processing durations. Cardiac hybrid imaging, fusing SPECT-MPI and the morphological information of coronary CTA may allow easier evaluation of the spatial relationship between coronary stenosis and perfusion defects.
