門診病人X光檢查報到智慧化應用

Smart Application for Outpatient X-ray Examinations

摘要


檢查流程(等候報到加上等候檢查)冗長、環境不友善(排序原則或檢查須知欠明確),會造成不佳就醫環境,透過電腦軟硬體(多媒體報到看板、檢核程式、分流程式、多媒體等候看板)取代傳統人工事務作業。檢討檢查事務流程,以程式檢核報到人是否有開立醫囑或檢查排程,並根據報到順序或排程時間給予檢查序號,並分流至排定檢查室受檢。環境改善面:透過資訊看板,改善原衛教公告、指引張貼雜亂的情形。病人服務面:縮短病人等候時間:以放射診斷科為例,一般X光檢查等候時間,受檢病人從報到至接受檢查時間比較,由原平均等候13分鐘縮短至4.5分鐘,減少65.3%。病人排序秩序改善:面板明確呈現報到先後順序,搭配海報、圖形指引,提供受檢人友善的報到服務。工作人員面:透過看板的資訊顯示,大幅減少病人詢問的干擾因素、成本節省面:熱感應紙張費以及廢棄物處理費年成本節省47%。因作業簡化,人力費用年節省35%。未來將加強管理面的建置,如檢查標準工時、檢查等候時間的改善,都能透過本系統後台作業逐步建置完成。今年係國內疫情需求,又能加裝體溫監測等資訊裝備協助醫師/檢查室得知報到人的體溫數據,以預警得知發燒個案。諸如以上,本院將持續朝向人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence,AI)智慧功能開發,提供病人功能更完善、體驗更友善的智慧系統。

Patient service: shorten the waiting time of patients: taking the diagnostic radiology department as an example, the waiting time for general X-ray examinations, compared with the waiting time of the examined patients from registration to examination, shortened from the original 13 minutes to 4.5 minutes, a 65.3% reduction. Improved patient ranking order: The panel clearly displays the order of registration, with posters and graphic guidelines, and provides friendly registration services for the examinee. Staff face: Through the information display of the billboard, the interference factors of patient inquiries are greatly reduced. Cost saving: The annual cost of thermal induction paper fee and waste disposal fee is reduced by 47%.Due to the simplification of operations, the annual labor cost is saved by 35%. In the future, the establishment of management will be strengthened, such as the improvement of inspection standard working hours and inspection waiting time, which can be gradually implemented through the background operations of this system. This year is a domestic epidemic demand, and information equipment such as body temperature monitoring can be added to help doctors/examination rooms get the body temperature data of the registering person, so as to know fever cases as an early warning. As mentioned above, our hospital will continue to develop artificial intelligence (AI) intelligence functions to provide patients with more complete functions and a more user-friendly intelligent system.
