隨著近幾年來,臨床上針對嬰幼兒X光攝影檢查項目越來越多,因此對於嬰幼兒(0-3歲)在檢查的過程當中因躁動無法配合所造成的影像模糊和輻射劑量增加,如何以最短時間內顧及影像品質和嬰幼兒輻射劑量的控制,確保嬰幼兒於接受放射線檢查時,能得到具有診斷價值之影像,是臨床上嬰幼兒X光攝影的重要課題。目前臨床有許多自製發展的約束病人攝影輔助架,對攝影有其便利性,但缺乏分析結構剛性與安全係數的系統性研究,本研究針對嬰幼兒之安全性考量之輔助架由壓克力為基底材質,取其低散射線之特性。輔助架設計長90公分、寬40公分之矩形底板;頭部區域兩側設計活動式頭夾,進行檢查時將其豎立,使用兩條固定帶,一條置於額頭,一條置於下巴並開洞口加強固定,但考慮嬰幼兒的安全,在活動式頭夾中黏貼EVA泡棉(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer, EVA);在腹部固定上則採上掀式及兩側迴繞式魔鬼氈,以適用不同嬰幼兒之體型;下肢設計有兩對固定帶固定,以利雙腳固定,在腹部固定帶迴繞處亦有隱藏式提把,易於拿取且具有收納、美觀之特色。嬰幼兒輔助架之結構剛性105點的測量結果平均變化量均小於5 mm,表示輔助架在受重力下無明顯的變化,相對使用在嬰幼兒身上之安全性佳,研發新型嬰幼兒輔助架可提供臨床上之實用性,增加嬰幼兒固定之安全性,減少因嬰幼兒躁動引起的重照率,作為臨床固定嬰幼兒X光攝影之輔助架。
In recent years, there have been more clinical X-ray examination devices for pediatric patients. Therefore, for pediatric patients, during the examination process, the image blur and radiation dose caused by the uncooperative patients. how to take the image into account in the shortest time is a crucial issue. The quality and radiation dose of them ensure that they can receive images with diagnostic value when undergoing radiological examinations. Pediatric patient aged 0-3 years old are considered in this study, the immobilization device for safety considerations for infants and young children is made of acrylic as the base material, taking its low-scattering characteristics. The immobilization device is designed with a rectangular plate with a length of 90 cm and a width of 40 cm; movable heads are designed on both sides of the head area. Hold it upright during radiological examinations. Use two fixing straps, one on the forehead, the other on the chin with a hole to strengthen the fixation. However, considering the safety of infants and young children, stick EVA foam (Ethylene- Vinyl Acetate Copolymer, EVA) is also used; the abdomen part is fixed by vector strap for immobilization, which can be adjusted for different body types of patients; the lower limbs of patients are designed with two pairs of fixing straps to immobilize the feet. There is also a concealed handle at the rewinding part of the abdomen belt, which is easy to apply and has the characteristics of storage and beauty. The average of 105 locations measurement is less than 5 mm, that the immobilization device does not change significantly under gravity, the development of a new immobilization device provides practicability, safety, and repeat rate.
